Moon Over Buffalo
Apr 03, 2022 | Roanoke, VA
We went to a play in the small town of Fincastle outside of Roanoke. The play was Moon Over Buffalo and was described as being "uproarious". It wasn't terrible but as you might expect, the small towns just can't pull together the talent that larger cities can. Plus the humor was pretty dated and boomer-y. A lot of "haha the man and woman don't get along very well" type jokes.
Afterward we went to a district/suburb of Roanoke called Salem. It was definitely a sleepy little downtown. They did have a brewery that had a bit of a crowd hanging out but we had had enough beer the last few days and decided to only check out the vintage/antique shop.

Hit up Cabo Fish Taco for lunch. It was aight.

I like how the playhouse looks like it's being pealed back

The playhouse is called The Attic, hence this, um, astounding piece. I suppose.
