Feeling Bearable Enough To Leave The House

Brian was feeling ever so slightly better- enough to leave the house at least. So we donned our masks and smothered on our hand sanitizer and walked out the door. It was incredibly cold today, as was many of our days in Atlanta. We drove down to the Krog Street Tunnel to see the infamous street art and graffiti. As we walked around the area, we saw some awesome metal statues. Most were made out of recycled metal bits and pieces like bike chains, gears, kitchen ware, and car parts. Strangely they said they were on-loan from Mellow Mushroom, which is a pizza restaurant. We didn't know much about MM at the time, but throughout our trip through the South we would see several of them and each and every one seemed to have a different unique take on how they presented themselves. We finally made it into one in Roanoke later on, but now we kind of regret not hitting some of the earlier ones up.
